Path of Exile 2: The Boss Rush Farming Strategy – 20+ Divines Per Hour
Jun-10-2026 PSTThis guide showcases a farming strategy tested on stream that can currently net you 20+ divines per hour if you are fast enough, plus some occasional lucky drops. For those who prefer to skip the grind and jump straight into endgame content, you can buy POE2 Currency to gear up your character and start farming high-value encounters immediately.

Strategy Overview
The core of this farming strategy focuses on rushing boss areas across your Atlas. Your main goal is to find all possible zones that contain Bridge zones and "The Crux of Nothingness" – these are the zones that give you access to the King in the Mists. You need to ensure that you always have Bridge Stones and An Audience with the King in your inventory while traveling your Atlas.
Your profit comes from stable, reliable sources with minimal RNG involvement:
Bridge Stones are used to access Bridge Lord encounters
The Crux of Nothingness appears throughout the Atlas for King in the Mists fights
Matriarch and Patriarch Halls appear in tremendous numbers on your Atlas
Stone Citadels and other variations are optional but profitable additions
You do not need to calculate basic maps like Jade Isles into your profit projections, as those are mostly RNG-dependent.
Atlas Navigation Strategy
Choose One Direction
After your Fortress, pick one side of your Atlas to explore. The example strategy uses the left side, traveling as far as possible in that direction while picking all matriarch zones as fast as possible.
Priority Rules for Zone Selection
When you encounter a zone with The Crux of Nothingness, prioritize that zone. If you encounter a zone with a Bridge Stone, prioritize that zone as well. If a zone contains both, that is even better.
Map Running Strategy
For standard maps, do not kill any monsters beyond the boss. Focus on running as fast as possible to the boss. Kill the boss and exit the map immediately.
Recommended Atlas Master Setup
For Rushing Maps (Default Setup)
Use a Doriani setup with the following notable nodes.
Hidden Patterns provides a 10% chance when completing a map to make a nearby map accessible. This allows you to jump through maps and reach areas you cannot access directly. While this does not happen often, it is a valuable way to reach otherwise inaccessible zones.
Head of the Snake gives powerful map bosses a chance when defeated to reveal a nearby citadel. This helps you see additional zones on your Atlas that would normally be hidden, making navigation much easier.
Stitch or Flash are basic defensive options in case of death. These are recommended for safety while rushing.
For Bridge Zone Bosses
When you reach a Bridge zone for the boss encounter, swap your master to Jado for the Untold Histories notable, which provides a 35% increased chance to find league supports.
For Standard Rushing
When returning to normal rushing, swap back to Doriani for Hidden Patterns and Head of the Snake as described above.
Tablet Strategy
Delirium Tablets for Standard Maps
When running standard boss rush maps, heavily recommend using one Delirium tablet. This can be any Delirium tablet – no specific requirements, and you do not need to pay much for it. Basic rare tablets you have picked up work perfectly.
Why use a Delirium tablet?
The primary benefit comes from setting up maps for future farming. If you have the Delirium Atlas unlocked, there is a 5% chance for a Grand Mirror to appear on a nearby map when map bosses are slain within the fog. By running with a Delirium tablet, you can set up Grand Mirrors on your Atlas while searching for bosses.
These Grand Mirrors can be farmed later using double tablet effects. If you do not have the Delirium tree unlocked, you can completely drop this and run empty maps.
Tablets for Matriarch and Patriarch Halls
When reaching Matriarch or Patriarch Halls, swap your approach. Use a waystone with as high waystone drop chance as possible. Aim for at least 95%, though 105% is ideal.
For tablets, run basic Irradiated tablets with 40% increased quantity of waystones found in map on each. These tablets cost almost nothing – you can pick them yourself or buy them for approximately 10 exalts each.
Why this matters: Using high waystone drop chance with these tablets allows you to drop two fragments instead of one, multiplying your profit significantly.
Optional: Three Powerful Bosses
If you have space for a second tablet while rushing, you can run one Delirium tablet and one tablet for basic powerful map bosses. The main goal is to proc your Doriani nodes (Hidden Patterns and Head of the Snake) more often, providing more reveals. However, this is not necessary if you do not have space or simply want to run basic blue maps as fast as possible.
Tablets for The Crux of Nothingness (King in the Mists)
When going for An Audience with the King encounter, take any basic waystone with some item rarity and ideally six modifiers. Run this as fast as possible too.
Managing King in the Mists and Bridge Lord Encounters
Bridge Lord Strategy
Bridge Stones are tremendously cheap – costing only approximately 44 exalts. However, each Bridge Lord encounter can drop Sacks worth 5.4 divines (660 exalts). If you drop two Sacks, you make approximately 10 divines in profit from a single encounter.
King in the Mists Strategy
An Audience with the King is also quite cheap relative to its returns. Head of the King currently has a strong price at approximately 200 exalts (about 1.8 divines per head).
The King in the Mists can also drop a valuable Diamond (Ingenuity Utility Belt) which goes for approximately 13 divines. While this does not drop often – expect maybe one or two diamonds in five hours of farming – it significantly multiplies your profit when it does appear.
Managing Both Encounters
When you have a zone with either encounter, follow these steps. First, use the tablet setup appropriate to the encounter (high waystone drop for halls, quantity for others). Second, run the encounter as fast as possible. Third, collect your fragment or fragments. Fourth, return to rushing.
Other Valuable Drops
Matriarch and Patriarch Halls
While rushing, you will encounter a significant number of halls. These can drop the Region Origin Cradle, which costs approximately 400 exalts (3.5 divines) and is obtained practically for free when reaching halls. Alternatively, they can drop The Spark instead of the cradle, which is worth approximately 2.4 divines.
Jade Isles and Unlocked Maps
Throughout this process, you will unlock many maps that were not calculated into the profit projections because they involve significant RNG. However, these maps give you a chance at huge loot such as Rakiata items or Garans items, which currently cost a significant amount.
You can run these maps at any time using the same tablets for quantity of waystones and waystones with higher waystone drop chance.
Grand Mirror Setup for Future Farming
While rushing, you will accumulate Grand Mirrors on your Atlas. These are extremely valuable for future farming strategies because they double the effect of tablets in those territories.
Keep these Grand Mirrors for later use. You can run Breach, Ritual, Abyss, or any other mechanic you prefer in those Grand Mirror territories since the doubled tablet effect significantly boosts your returns.
Atlas Passive Tree Recommendations
You practically do not need anything specific in the Atlas tree for this strategy. However, there are a few recommendations.
50% increased chance to find league support in Forest Mastery is helpful because sometimes your area will be a forest, and most of the time the rest will be similar terrain. This helps with tablet drops.
Tablet effects up top is the only truly important allocation. The rest of the Atlas tree plays barely any role in this strategy, and you can run practically anything you currently have.
Final Tips
First, buy Bridge Stones and Audiences before you start. You will make currency from each entrance into those zones, and having them ready saves time.
Second, remember you do not need to kill every monster in standard maps. Just rush the boss and exit.
Third, swap your master based on what you are doing – Doriani for general rushing, Jado for Bridge zones.
Fourth, keep your Grand Mirrors for future farming strategies. They are extremely valuable for boosting other mechanics.
Fifth, even if your build is not optimized for speed, this strategy remains profitable. The investment is minimal, and the returns are consistent.
This strategy is ideal for builds that currently lack rarity gear or complicated setups. By focusing on rushing boss zones efficiently and using basic tablets for quantity, you can generate consistent currency while occasionally hitting large jackpot drops.
